PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC

For a limited time PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC offers retail customers FREE USPS Ground shipping to the continental US with orders of $50.00 or more of the Fin-Wing Spoons.

PRICING:
All prices shown are FOB PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures Company, LLC’s facility is in Wisconsin and are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers, or prices.
All prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping charges, applicable state taxes or handling fees. Prices, taxes and shipping charges are indicated on the invoice for each order.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Preferred payment method is PayPal.
Will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. Items may be shipped from locations other than PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC.
TERMS:
Standard terms for direct sale customers are pre-approved credit card purchases only. Retail customers should contact the company for additional information. Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, shipping facility as well as the original freight.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from time of receipt.
BACK ORDERS:
We will not accept an order for an item that is not in inventory. This is done to try to avoid back order situations. We will process your order and then notify you by email as soon as the information is processed and available.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do not accept orders from outside the US at this time. Only orders that call for shipment to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will be accepted.
SHIPMENT METHOD:
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. The standard shipping method is Ground Service. Expedited services are also available at additional cost, subject to requirements and only when requested and approved by PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC We do not offer C.O.D. delivery.
CANCELLATIONS:
Special orders or orders approved for expedited shipping of merchandise cannot be cancelled and are payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
RETURNS & CLAIMS:
Any requests for the return of goods purchased from PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, purchaser must contact PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC then the company will only reimburse the buyer for the actual U.S. Postal Service shipping expense. PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time. Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases - no cash refunds.
FREIGHT CLAIMS:
All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.

WARRANTY POLICY
PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC
Effective March 1, 2018
PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, warrants its products to be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, but makes no other warranty claims.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
No returns will be accepted without a valid RA # printed on the outside on the package and a copy of the original receipt included inside the package. Any packages sent without an RA #printed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.
WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS:
Any abuse, misuse, improper assembly, modifications or use of the product in any commercial activity voids this warranty. This warranty does not cover finish changes caused by normal use, corrosion, exposure to salt water and / or exposure to chemicals or other environmental factors. Material or finish discoloration, peeling and / or flaking is not covered under any circumstance. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim: claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and a return authorization number, obtained from PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY:
All warranty claims for merchandise properly returned to will be replaced. PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of merchandise purchased from PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC. Any merchandise returned to PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC must be sent at the customer’s expense with the proof of purchase along with the return authorization number. PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, as set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this warranty is void. PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, is the sole arbiter of what constitutes normal use, abuse, misuse, assembly errors, modifications and commercial usage. Upon review should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warrant. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded.
LIABILITY:
The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, by the customer hereby shall release PZ Tackle and Fishing Adventures LLC, from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise
